All domain-related purchases made through PUBLIEXPERT LLC are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable, without exception.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, registering, renewing, transferring, or using a domain through PUBLIEXPERT LLC, you affirm that:
• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
• You are of legal age and authorized to act on behalf of yourself or your business.
• You understand that all sales are final and non-reversible.
If you do not agree, do not complete any purchase or use our Services.
3. All Sales Final — No Refunds, No Cancellations
Due to the nature of domain registration and the immediate reservation of digital assets:
• No refunds are issued under any circumstance.
• No cancellations are permitted once the order is submitted.
• All sales are final, including renewals and pre-orders.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate service termination and potential legal action.
Domains are considered delivered the moment registration is successfully executed.
4. Domain Ownership Requirements
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and current information for the domain WHOIS record, including:
• Legal name or business name
• Email address
• Physical address
• Phone number
Failure to provide updated information may result in suspension or loss of the domain according to ICANN and registry rules.
PUBLIEXPERT LLC is not responsible for domain loss due to inaccurate client data.
5. Renewals and Expiration
You are solely responsible for monitoring renewal dates.
• Domains not renewed before expiration may be lost permanently.
• Renewal fees are final and non-refundable.
• We are not liable for any damage, loss, or business interruption caused by domain expiration.
6. Transfers
Outbound or inbound transfers may be approved or denied according to:
• ICANN rules
• Registry policies
• Outstanding balances
• Security checks
PUBLIEXPERT LLC is not responsible for transfer delays or failures beyond our control.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use any domain purchased or managed through PUBLIEXPERT LLC for:
• Illegal activities
• Fraud, scams, phishing, or impersonation
• Distribution of malware or harmful software
• Hate speech or violent content
• Intellectual property infringement
• Spam operations or mass unsolicited emails
Violation will result in immediate suspension without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• PUBLIEXPERT LLC is not liable for loss of revenue, business, data, goodwill, profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific domain service involved in the claim.
• All services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PUBLIEXPERT LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal costs arising from:
• Your use of the domain
• Violations of these Terms
• Legal disputes related to the domain
• Misrepresentation or failure to maintain accurate WHOIS information
10. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of Services indicates acceptance of modified Terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming, USA.
